What to see in La Palma | La Cumbrecita of La Palma

If you want to get to a place and say: wow!, as the Canarians would say about how spectacular it is, we recommend visiting the Cumbrecita de La Palma.

In this spectacular viewpoint you can see the Caldera de Taburiente, considered an auditorium created by nature. You can also see a waterfall of clouds, because this Cumbrecita is within the Caldera de Taburiente Natural Park.

In addition to this, there is a circular route starting at this viewpoint, where you can find what was previously mentioned and spectacular nature and landscape. It is a trail of moderate difficulty and lasts 1 hour at a steady pace, it is possible to go with the little ones. To get to this viewpoint you can only access it by car and there is a parking lot for which it is mandatory to request a space on the National Park Reserves Website, otherwise you will not be allowed access to it.

The route is a very comfortable and pleasant walk, with views of the Roques in the northern area of the Caldera del Taburiente National Park as soon as we arrive. Moving to the left, you will find the Mirador de las Chozas, and in front the Pico Bejenado. Pine trees flank the entire route, giving rise to a route surrounded by pine forests.

Not so fare away from our Hotel, you can arrive calmly and quickly to rest after an exhausting excursion.
